Refund/Return Policy & Delivery or Pickup information
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may receive a replacement or refund of your money less the transaction fee.
Refunds are only issued on the product cost. Shipping fees are non refundable.
If there is an issue with you receiving your products due to shipping, please contact me as well as your local post office. In the case of shipping delays out of our control, your product will only be replaced once the post office has verified that the item is lost and will not be delivered. Products will be replaced only when there is a shipping issue, no refund will be issued.
Delivery policy - starting January 1st, 2021
Deliveries will be scheduled on Tuesdays & Thursdays after 4pm. Possible deliveries may be arranged on Fridays.
Deliveries are subject to a $5 delivery fee depending on location. Meet ups or pickup of products is an option and does not incur an additional fee.
